Membership

1. Must be an active current member of USA Lacrosse.

2. Must be an active current member of GPLOA (or other LOA).

3. Must be a certified Official with USA Lacrosse.

4. Must be a member with the local HIgh School Association if required by state. (MSHSAA/KSHAA/ISHAA - If you work games in a state where the sport is sponsored by the state and all run through Athletic Departments)

5. Need access to Assigning/Scheduling software.

• We use Arbiter.com (Gamedayref@gamedayref.com, info@gamedayref.com to request)

   6. Register for pay services for games:

• Arbiter Pay: 4-8 day turn around (No limit)

• Zelle: 2-5 day turn around ($2,500 Daily limit transfer)

• Venmo: 2-5 day turn Around ($3,500 weekly limit)

• Many pay on the spot, cash/check/venmo

• Check from central banking (snail mail): 7-10 turn around/7-10 mail

 

Levels and Leagues we service

SPRING REGULAR SEASON: FEB-JUNE

 

1. Lacrosse Association of Kansas City (LAKC)

• All regular season games are paid on the spot. (post season, jamboree, tourney’s not included.) Check at the end of season.

  2. Youth boys (KC Metro)

  3. Kansas City Girls Metro Lacrosse Association (KCMGLA) 

• All regular season games paid every other Friday throughout the season. (Only through Arbiterpay). Fall ball one check at the end of the season.

  4. Youth girls (KC metro)

  5. Midwest Girls Lacrosse League (MGLL) (Nebraska and Iowa)

• All regular season games pay through Arbiterpay, every 2 weeks.

FALL BALL, TOURNAMENTS, CHARITY, FALL/WINTER/SUMMER “SESSIONS”

 

1. KCMGLA: one personal check, end of the season. (7-10 day turn around)

2. Omaha Eagles: one check at the end of the season. (7-10 day turnaround)

3. KC Elevate/Top Gun: Pay on the spot/or check at the end of the event.

   1. “Sessions”-pay on the spot(venmo, or; other) Big tourney’s one check at the end of the event. Jamboree , middle of the map (7-10 day turn around)

  4. BBQ Town showdown- June Club tournament.

1. I bill the tourney company- they pay 30-45 days

2. By Check, (7-10 day turn around)

 

  5. “Other” One/Two day events are on a case by case basis

• One day events are usually paid on the spot (Not always)

• Two day events are “usually paid” at the end of day 2.
